When you contact us, normally your email or call will be answered on the spot, about 90% of all inquiries are handled within 10 minutes of receipt, and nearly 100% are handled within 24 hours of receipt. We feel that when someone contacts us we should immediately attend to that person. This is an important reason as to why our Professional Services division services clientele throughout the globe.
The CPA Exchange, Inc. is committed and will not settle for anything less than providing high-quality services to our clientele. We accomplish through continuing education, implementing the right technologies, effectively managing internal process, and a strict adherence to professional standards, and perhaps most importantly, listening to our clients and understanding their needs.
Location
The CPA Exchange, Inc. is located in Lincolnshire, Illinois, USA, in the City Park Corporate Center, twenty-five miles northwest of Chicago.
We manage our Referred Audit & CPA Services division from this location and transition companies to accounting firms around the globe.
In our Professional Services division we leverage technology to seamlessly provide personalized CPA Services to clients without regard to their location. We understand that many clients eventually want to meet face-to-face, and Paul Weinberg, our President, spends much of the fall season traveling the U.S. to do that. We have a satellite office in New York City, and we are planning to open additional offices, most likely next in California, but it would be nearly impossible to open an office in every city where we have clientele. With the technology available to electronically transfer data fast & securely, we are able to provide a higher level of personalized service to our clients with one centralized processing center and corporate office. As well, with the high level of business and personal demands placed on our clients in today’s world, many have advised us that they would rather do business like we do, without having an extra demand of physically visiting a professional office.
