We will consult with you at no charge to determine your specific requirements – perhaps you need additional Audit Firms for various locations; or one that understands your company’s industry better than your current Audit Firm; or one that will provide more value for the Audit Fees you incur; or one that will issue an Audit Report on a timely basis. Once we understand your specific requirements, we determine which Audit Firms are most qualified to handle your engagement, and we consider factors such as culture and location, as well. We then reach out the Audit Firms we feel would be best for your company and present them your opportunity in generic terms, with no name disclosure, until they have agreed to speak with you. We then simultaneously introduce the parties involved.
