The CPA Exchange, Inc. is wholly owned by its Founder and President, Paul D. Weinberg, and is a member of the Private Company Practice Section of the AICPA, and is a Peer Reviewed CPA Firm, as administered by the Illinois CPA Society for the AICPA.
Mr. Weinberg holds memberships at the AICPA, Illinois CPA Society, Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a licensed CPA (Illinois) and Chartered Accountant (Ontario). He has been practicing in Public Accounting for over thirty years, and started his own practice in 1986. In 2000, his CPA Firm was reorganized into The CPA Exchange, Inc., and in 2004 the Referred CPA & Audit Services business was created as a division separate from the CPA Firm, which now operates under the Professional Services division.
Mr. Weinberg built his CPA Firm from scratch in the 1980s by marketing for and providing personal tax services to executives at U.S. Public Companies. He is recognized throughout the CPA Profession as an innovative marketer of accounting & audit services, and many of the Top 100 CPA & Audit Firms in the U.S. participate in the Referred CPA & Audit Services of The CPA Exchange, and are presented with Client Service opportunities daily.
