The CPA Exchange, Inc. is a professional services organization that operates within the public accounting profession under two distinct business divisions: our Referred CPA & Audit Services division transitions both public and private companies to “new or different” CPA Firms or Audit Firms. Through strategic relationships with accounting & audit Firms throughout the U.S., including the “Top 100 Firms” we have a unique ability to identify “the right” firms for your company’s specific requirements. These services are free of charge to all companies and businesses. We are a Knowledge Center for the public accounting profession and the clients that are served by it.
Our Professional Services division operates a full-service licensed CPA Firm which leverages technology to provide high-quality taxation, business consulting, and accounting & auditing services to clientele throughout the U.S. and world. We specialize in personal & business tax services to executives & entrepreneurs; entity consultation and formation for U.S. and foreign individuals who desire to organize & operate businesses in the U.S.; and CFO Advisory Services to small businesses and professional firms. Our CPA Firm consists of CPAs and Chartered Accountants, and we do not outsource client work to off-shore or BPO providers.
The CPA Exchange, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Paul D. Weinberg, CPA, CA, who currently serves as the company’s President, and he provides CPA Services for The CPA Exchange, Inc., as he has done for the past thirty years.
